Description: The UMH260 Stream process is Wellav’s new digital media headend equipment that integrates encoders, multiplexers and QAM modulators into one 1RU chassis. It can receive up to 6 analog inputs and 2 ASI inputs, performing real-time encoding, multiplexing and modulating work and convert the signals into one RF output. This model provides loop out for signals scrambling or additional loop in as a two-channel QAM modulator. Managed by network management software, this 1RU model not only saves space for cable operators but also delivers best video/audio quality signals cost effectively, making it an ideal equipment for cable operators to move from analog to the digital world.
